If you have been paying subscriptions through your payroll but wish to pay by Direct Debit instead:
You need to inform your employer or payroll department as soon as possible in order to avoid any double payment.
We will send you a letter shortly giving you at least ten working days notice of when we will take the first payment.
If you have been paying by Direct Debit but wish to change the bank account we use to take the payment:
We will send you a letter shortly giving you ten working days notice of when we will take the first payment from the new account.
If you have been paying by Direct Debit but you recently stopped the Direct Debit at your bank, or we were unable to take a payment from your account:
You can give us a different bank account, or the same one again, if you wish to resume paying by Direct Debit.
We will send you a letter shortly giving you ten working days notice of when the first payment will be taken. But remember we may try to collect any arrears of your subscription with the first payment if we were unable to take a previous payment.
