Conference agrees that the Police Probation and CAFCASS Service Group Constitution should be devolution proofed by replacing references to ‘national’ with references instead to the name(s) of the appropriate home nation.
Conference also agrees to the following tidying amendments to the existing Police Probation and CAFCASS Service Group constitution (Full Constitution made available on the UNISON website for reference)
Conference notes that these changes have no material impact on existing service group structures, SGE or committee memberships, or any other existing entitlements, but are proposed to bring the constitution up to date and to make for more appropriate and consistent language throughout.
