NJC Pay: Inner and Outer London Weighting

UNISON members working in councils and schools in London will find that their pay offer is slightly different than their colleagues in other parts of the country due to the way their pay is affected by London weighting – and this can differ depending on whether their workplace is classed as ‘Inner’ or ‘Outer’ London.
