The UNISON National Private Contractor Seminar is specifically for members and activists who are directly employed by a private contractor. This event will provide training and workshops and its purpose is to encourage members’ participation in the union, to network and gain new skills.
The event will give members and activists employed by private contractors the opportunity to share your experiences – and help to shape your union.
Make sure you book your place – don’t miss out on the opportunity to meet others from around the UK working for private contractors!
This will be a two day Seminar held at Aston University, Aston St, Birmingham B4 7ET Friday 31 January and Saturday 1 February 2025.
Authorisation must be sought from Branch Secretary for attendance at this event prior to registration.
If registered delegates are unable to attend Branches are responsible for seeking a change of delegate.
Refunds will only be permitted in exceptional circumstances where notified in advance of the event.
Please note Branches are responsible for arranging delegate travel, accommodation and other expenses for attendance at this event.
Please note the delegate fee is £225.00 per person.
Members must be employed by a Private Contractor.
Requests for childcare should be put on to OCS by midday on Friday 10 January 2025.
Requests for reasonable adjustments and any dietary requirements should be put on to OCS by midday on Wednesday 15 January 2025.
