Pay in Further Education colleges in England is not working. This webinar focuses on discussing what is going wrong in bargaining and what UNISON and the joint unions have called for to fix this.
This webinar will focus on the consultation taking place from the 18th May – 15th June for colleges included in the national consultation and we also welcome members who work in colleges where pay is locally negotiated.
