The Axe the Housing Act Campaign – Secure Homes for All, supported by Defend Council Housing, UNISON and other key housing stakeholders, including unions and tenant groups, is holding a housing summit to discuss how we can organise and campaign for secure, decent and affordable homes for all – and for fairness and justice in housing policy.
Key topics to be discussed will include investment in council homes, fire safety in homes, welfare reforms, investment in council housing and ending insecurity in private renting.
UNISON members, activists and branches are encouraged to attend, particularly members working in social housing and those struggling to find homes they can afford.
