A national Housing Summit to discuss how housing campaigners, trade unions and tenant groups can organise and campaign for safe and secure homes for all – and for fairness and justice in our housing system.
The Axe the Housing Act Campaign – Secure Homes for All, led by Defend Council Housing and supported by UNISON and other key housing stakeholders, including unions and tenant groups, is holding a national Housing Summit to discuss how we can organise and campaign for safe secure, decent and affordable homes for all – and for fairness and justice in our housing system.
Key topics to be discussed will include investment in council homes, fire safety and tower blocks and ending insecurity in private renting.
UNISON members, activists and branches are encouraged to attend, particularly members working in social housing and those struggling to find homes they can afford.
