  • understand the methods and procedures for dealing with reorganisation and apply them to different situations;
  • involve members in dealing with reorganisation at work;
  • identify negotiating issues;
  • develop negotiating skills;
  • develop case preparation and representation skills;
  • develop an action plan for organising in the workplace.
