The course will help you to:
- understand the law in relation to reorganisation at work;
- understand the union approach to reorganisation;
- understand the methods and procedures for dealing with reorganisation and apply them to different situations;
- involve members in dealing with reorganisation at work;
- identify negotiating issues;
- develop negotiating skills;
- develop case preparation and representation skills;
- develop an action plan for organising in the workplace.
