A strong union is built of strong branches. The “OtW Branch Vision Project” takes key lessons from UNISON’s organising success of recent years and applies them to 4 clear stages to become an Organising to Win Branch – shifting the balance of power to UNISON members through a programme of organising activity into the everyday running of the Branch. This webinar will outline each of the 4 stages and next steps to project delivery at Branch level. This webinar will also include a briefing on the Active Member role within UNISON.
