Following the ‘Representing Members Online’ webinar, UNISON Eastern will be hosting their third webinar ‘Professional Referrals’.
The webinar will be open to all BAOT reps and provide you with an insight into the process of referrals and look at how members are supported through this. We hope this insight and understanding with give reps the confidence they need when receiving queries and supporting members through such processes.
We will be joined by Sam Oestreicher, National Officer from the Professional Services Unit who will give a presentation to the group followed by a Q&A session.
