Activist Webinar – Pay fair for patient care: Getting it right for healthcare support staff

This webinar is for UNISON activists to learn more about the new ‘Pay fair for patient care campaign’. The purpose of the campaign is to get healthcare support workers the respect, reward and recognition they deserve. This includes getting the right band for the job – we know some healthcare support workers are being paid at band 2 but doing patient observations and clinical duties at band 3.
