Best practice Organising Guides
Organising to Win is UNISON’s national strategy to meet the changing demands on UNISON and provide a clear vision for a stronger union. A key cornerstone of the strategy is to capture key lessons and develop consistent UNISON best practice tools and training based on what works.
The Organising to Win board has recently produced a series of best practice organising guides for activists, members, and staff. The guides will be incorporated into future training and can also be used for branch development days and activist development activity.
