Organising to Win Branch Communications Guide
A new Organising to Win Branch Communications Guide has been launched and can be accessed here UNISON-OTW-Branch-Communications-Guide-2024
This guide aims to show how branches can improve their communications to grow and empower members to win. It will explore how to craft messages that resonate with workers and create a culture of involvement and collective responsibility. The guide is accompanied by a range of new resources on a new “Comms & Digital” tile on UNISON’s Organising Space. Please ensure whoever leads on branch communications is aware of and has access to the new guide.
