After years of development and multiple pilot tests, we are happy to announce that the new Members Online Expenses System (MOLE) will officially launch in July 2025.
MOLE has been designed to reduce the administrative burden on branch treasurers and make claiming expenses easier for UNISON members, by streamlining the expense claims process.
UNISON members will be able to register on the system and submit their own claims, which will then be authorised and approved by the branch treasurer and other officers.
Once approved, claims will be paid weekly by UNISON Centre, with transactions automatically recorded in OLBA and recovered directly from branch funding.
