Merlin is our new cloud-based membership system, which offers an updated and upgraded WARMS system for branches.
Following a planned pause in the delivery schedule to take advantage of the latest performance and security features offered by the supplier, we are delighted to announce that we are now ready to launch.
The first phase of Merlin delivery provides new records management capability, along with all associated security and infrastructure updates.
We are planning to begin the rollout after the National Delegate Conference during the summer period.
Once all necessary testing is complete, we will provide a further update for branches, detailing our rollout program. We aim for this transition to be as smooth as possible, so we are not planning to switch off WARMS until at least Mid-September.
Both the Merlin delivery and the digital engagement project fall under the wider Member Engagement Programme.

- Users can open multiple browser sessions, allowing simultaneous viewing of multiple data sources.

- Full integration with our E-learning platform.
Real-time integration between RMS and Merlin, with data integrity maintained across Merlin and all legacy systems. No double entry is necessary.
