The UNISON CaseWeb system continues to grow in use by UNISON branches. Currently ,46% of branches are signed up to use the system and this means it is available to manage case work for 64% of UNISON members.
Since the last newsletter we have added 14 branches to the list of those using the system and we are currently on target to reach 50% of branches during 2025.
Since CaseWeb came in to use it has recorded over 152,000 cases and there is a current and growing open caseload of over 27,300 cases.
The CaseWeb team are running demonstration sessions for branches so that they can consider taking up the system. Two-thirds of branches that expressed interest have taken up using it.
