The UNISON CaseWeb system has been growing in use and functionality over the year. The system is now in use by 45% of UNISON branches, covering 62% of UNISON members.
Since CaseWeb came in to use it has recorded over 140,000 cases and there is a current and growing open caseload of over 27,000 cases.
The CaseWeb team have been running demonstration sessions for branches so that they can consider taking up the system. Whilst some branches have previously decided not to take up using CaseWeb, overall, two-thirds of branches that expressed interest have then taken up using it.
