Make your voice heard. How to make the NHS the Best Place to Work – a new engagement resource

The NHS has released a new engagement resource to help organisations speak to their staff about making the NHS the best place to work.

Earlier this year, the interim People Plan set out how it would engage with staff over a ‘Core Offer’ for all people working in and across the NHS. The ‘Offer’ aims to strengthen the NHS Constitution, treating staff fairly, equally and create a working environment that is supportive, inclusive and offers personal and professional growth.

It’s time to get our members’ voices heard. Visit our UNISON NHS People Plan website for more information, tools and resources.

There is an online portal which is for direct feedback from organisations on their engagement activities, priorities and ideas on what ‘system’ level these should be addressed at – local, regional, national.

Individuals can also feedback via the Department of Health and Social Care ‘Talk Health and Care Platform
