The role:
Working as part of a small team, your responsibilities will be to ensure the general administration of the department runs efficiently and effectively. This will involve resolving or escalating queries referred to the department, writing formal documentation, administrative tasks associated with our membership system and assisting the appropriate manager in managing the departmental budget.
The person:
This role is a key position within the RMS Operations department: You will have skills and experience in writing formal materials, a good knowledge of Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel. You’ll enjoy managing priorities, team working and using your initiative; to support this you will have excellent communication and administrative skills.
