About this job

This is an important role within our busy central procurement team at UNISON. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting all administrative and operational activities within the procurement team. The role helps the team to expand and develop services to support colleagues and branches across UNISON.

The role is suited to someone who has experience of operational purchasing, understands the procurement cycle, excellent IT skills, and experience of administration systems within purchasing. The role offers a lot of variety, so you’ll need to be adaptable, have excellent organisational skills, show initiative and be able to balance competing priorities.
