This is a newly created role in our team dedicated to enhancing our HR operations. You will be responsible for leading a team dedicated to ensuring the smooth running of our HR operations, enhancing the employee experience, and supporting our recruitment processes. Objectives for this role include reviewing and providing new solutions and processes to support this provision.
There will be a variety of challenging initiatives including an end to end process review, supporting on our new HRIS implementation project, and identifying opportunities to ensure that we are providing the best service possible to the organisation.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve first line communication and interaction between HR and staff, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
- Oversee the accurate and timely input of payroll information from the HR side, working closely with the finance department to ensure seamless payroll processing.
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and procedures, documenting and implementing best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all candidates.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of HR Administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Key requirements for the role:
- Experience in an HR operations role, with a focus on payroll, process improvement, and recruitment in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Good leadership and team management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- In-depth understanding of HR processes, systems, policies, and best practices.
