The post holder will undertake an extensive range of secretarial duties for Regional Organising staff (and members of the Regional Management Team as required), including all aspects of information technology systems.
The successful candidate will need to be an enthusiastic, flexible and resourceful individual, with outstanding organisational skills to support a number of functions allocated to this role. They will also need to be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and have the ability to organise their own workload whilst managing competing pressures and priorities.
You do not have to have a trade union background, but you do need to have an understanding of the aims and values of the trade union movement.
