You will be responsible for all MEP services in this award-winning BREAM rated excellent site which comprises of approximately 152,000 square foot modern office blocks and conference suites, a listed building, with Landlord responsibilities for 4 residential blocks and a single commercial unit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of the outsourced M&E contract and all other contracted MEP services, monitoring energy consumption, identifying and solving building related issues. The role will also identify and manage plant replacement and improvement projects.
To succeed, you will need significant relevant experience as well as appropriate qualifications and technical knowledge. A strong communicator, you will also have excellent people skills.
This is an ‘in office’ post and hybrid working is not suitable. There will be the occasional requirement for out of hours work (the 3rd Saturday of each month is a designated ‘engineering’ day), managing projects outside of usual office hours and emergencies.
