About this job
This will involve opening and distributing incoming/outgoing post, distributing information electronically and in print, photocopying, copy typing, maintenance of information systems, providing reception cover and dealing with telephone enquiries. You must be highly motivated with excellent communication and team-working skills, and you must be familiar with using Microsoft packages. An ability to work to tight deadlines and a methodical approach to good housekeeping practices is essential.
Whilst a trade union background is not essential it is important that you have empathy with the aims and objectives of the Trade Union movement.
