CaseWeb is used by over a third of UNISON Branches across the UK, with more applying every day to purchase the system. The same system is also used by UNISON staff in regional offices, and national office departments who deal with casework.

About this job

The successful candidate will join our Case Systems Team and will train and support new and existing users all over the UK in Branches, Regional Offices and UNISON Centre, as well as monitoring system usage and assisting with development and testing of new functionality.

As well as excellent administrative and communication skills, knowledge of project management and experience in providing customer service to Branch Officers and activists and UNISON staff will be an advantage.

Occasional travel to carry out training or promote CaseWeb at UNISON events, with occasional overnight stays, will be a requirement of this role.
