The successful candidate will bring their experience and skills in one to one communications, recruitment, organising and campaigning.
To undertake this role you will need to demonstrate an understanding of the trade union movement and previous experience as a recruiter, organiser and campaigner within a similar organisation would be an advantage.
Previous experience as a recruiter, organiser and campaigner within a trade union branch or within a similar organisation would also be desirable.
You will need to be able to travel throughout the region, including to our regional office in Leeds, and also possibly to London for meetings/training as required.
