UNISON seeks to recruit a General Manager of our holiday resort in Croyde Bay on the North Devon coast.
The resort offers a mix of hotel accommodation and high-quality self-catering units, and has a five-star rating from Visit England.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a positive customer service culture.
A track record in a management capacity in hospitality, including responsibility for holiday accommodation and food and beverage, is essential, as is experience of budget planning and control, staff and supplier management, and a thorough knowledge of the legislative and operational requirements for managing a large site.
It is a live-in position with accommodation provided, a company car, and generous pension scheme. You will oversee a team of over 50 permanent and seasonal staff, and a £2m budget.
