About this job
Working as part of the Central Services Team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day clerical support in our Regional Centre. This will involve opening and distributing incoming/outgoing post, distributing information electronically and in print, photocopying, simple word processing, maintenance of files, providing reception cover and dealing with telephone enquiries. You must be highly motivated with excellent communication and team-working skills. An ability to work to tight deadlines and a methodical approach to good housekeeping practices is essential.
Whilst a trade union background is not essential you will need to be sympathetic to our principles.
