About this job

The post holder will provide administrative support to the HR Officers and Learning & Development team and will be responsible for delivery of services to departments and regions with specific areas of central administration.

The post holder will have considerable experience of HR / L & D administration; producing accurate and complex employment/contractual documentation and correspondence; using a HR / Training IT system; maintaining comprehensive records; prioritising workload, time management and dealing with conflicting priorities.

The post holder must also have the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts at all levels and work as part of a team.
