About this job

Can you help support our Events Management team?

We are looking for an enthusiastic Events Assistant for our Central London Head Office.

This is an exciting role in which you will be able to grow and develop.  You’ll support the Events Supervisor in managing and building UNISON’s meeting and events management function – a service which is already well developed for internal events and which is a growing commercial service for external customers.  Duties include co-ordination of room bookings, hospitality and events services and supporting all aspects of the events management administrative process including sales and marketing.

Experience of events or hospitality would be beneficial – but not essential – and you should have a good working knowledge of health and safety at work and you’ll also be a competent user of events/meeting room booking software and Microsoft office packages.
