Working as part of the Eastern Regional Core Resources team you will provide administrative support to the Head of Corporate Services and on site facilities support to regional staff and members.
You will be experienced in the administration of events, meetings or training courses and keeping accurate records using data systems.
You will work as part of the Core Resources team and will be undertaking a wide range of duties to support our members and activists including often working to tight deadlines. As well as being a confident communicator you will have excellent IT and problem solving skills and be highly motivated and organised.
An experienced team player, you will have the ability to organise your own workload and effectively manage your priorities.
This post will be based in the Chelmsford regional office but with some scope for hybrid working.
You do not have to have a Trade Union background, but you do need to have an understanding of the aims and values of the Trade Union movement.
