We have ambitious and exciting plans to be more data driven in our approach. And we are building new digital infrastructure and overhauling processes to revolutionise member experience, recruitment and retention.
We are looking for a shrewd and politically aware data analyst to lead this work across the union, with excellent understanding of people and working cultures.
You will understand how to generate user level insights from a vast array of data sources, including third-party data sources. And you will have ideas for ways in which we can improve our data literacy so our decision making is informed by what works.
You will have excellent communication skills and a deep knowledge of membership organisations, with a proven track record of data analysis working in a complex, high volume, data rich environment.
This is an exciting role with the potential to make a transformative impact for UNISON at a crucial time for the UK trade union movement. You will be part of the senior management team and will report to the Assistant General Secretary – Resource and Organisation.
