Working as part of a team, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support carrying out a number of duties including dealing with telephone enquiries, maintaining databases, producing correspondence and reports, committee / event administration and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
An experienced team player, you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to organise your own workload and manage pressure and priorities. You will need to be IT literate and have good typing skills.
For this role, you do not have to have a trade union background, but you do need to have an understanding of the aims and values of the trade union movement.
