The South East Region is currently recruiting a Permanent, Part Time and 3 Fixed Term Local Organisers to work with our Branches to co-ordinate and lead the union’s organising agenda across the Region.

About this job

The successful candidates will bring their experience and skills in one to one communications, recruitment, organising and campaigning.

To undertake this role you will need to be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of the Trade Union and Labour movement and UNISON in particular.

Previous experience as a recruiter, organiser and campaigner within a TU branch or within a similar organisation would also be desirable.

You will need to be able to travel within the region and also possibly to London for meetings/training as required.

These posts operate out of the Guildford office but are field roles and hybrid working may be available.
