About this job

The South West region is one of UNISON’s twelve regions and this post is a key role in the Regional Secretary’s organising team..

You will have an excellent grasp of all aspects of financial administration from managing petty cash expenditure to assisting in preparing budgets and monitoring expenditure of both our operational and lay budgets.

Working in a busy office team, the post holder will also be a part of the office cover arrangements and work flexibly to assist colleagues.

You do not have to have a Trade Union background, but you do need to the sound understanding of the aims and values of the Trade Union movement.
