The post, which will be based in our Regional Office in Leeds, will work as part of the Corporate Services Team and will be responsible for providing day to day general assistant support to the administration of the office.
The key tasks and responsibilities of the post will include:
- Responsibility for the conferencing facilities, including arranging meeting room furniture, operating and demonstrating use of AV equipment
- Responsible for undertaking minor repairs as directed by the manager
- Liaison with contractors working on-site
- Responsible for ensuring regional vans are serviced and MOT’d and maintaining the booking system and loading the vans and driving to campaign events.
- Responsible for ensuring kitchen and vending machine stocks are maintained and ensuring these areas are fully operational throughout the day
- Responsible for ensuring the correct operation of printers and photocopiers and reporting any break downs
- Other duties as outlined on the attached job description.
