About this job
Working in teams and working closely with regions, service groups, self organised groups, and LAOS; the aim will be to encourage Organising and a proactive approach to member engagement and activist development.
Particular attention will be paid to the ongoing work on UNISON’s National Organising Priorities. Focusing on fragmented workers in Social Care, Schools and Early Years Services
The post will work across England, together with Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland if required. The primary purpose of the role is to organise along side Regions, Branches and other teams in UNISON.
