We need a proactive individual with customer service experience and competent IT skills to join our busy team providing support and training for UNISON’s CaseWeb case management system for Branches, Regions and National Office.

About this job

  • CaseWeb is used by over 120 Branches across the UK, with more applying every day to purchase the system. The same system is also used by UNISON staff in regional offices, and national office departments who deal with casework.
  • The successful candidate will join our Case Management Systems team and will support and train new and existing users all over the UK in Branches, Regional Offices and National Office, and as well as assisting with development and testing of new functionality.
  • As well as excellent administrative and communications skills, knowledge of project management and experience in providing customer service to Branch officers and activists will be an advantage.
  • Occasional travel to carry out training or promote CaseWeb at UNISON events, with occasional overnight stays, will be a requirement of this role.
