About this job
You will have experience of managing teams of cleaning and caretaking staff and associated facilities services contracts, and budget monitoring and reporting. You should also have good knowledge of statutory Health and Safety requirements, and best practice.
You will be expected to demonstrate strong leadership, be able to use your own initiative and have the ability to respond effectively to any issues or emergency situations which may arise.
