About this job
The postholder will play a central role in the management of the facilities helpdesk at UNISON Centre offices and estate.
You will have experience of working on a facilities helpdesk, have excellent customer service skills and IT skill and be expected to show initiative and the ability to respond effectively to any issues or emergency situations which may arise.
