UNISON is looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and resourceful individual to support our growing organisation. The successful candidates will bring their experience and skills to recruit new members and recruit and develop new activists. Working with and supporting the Team to organise and drive forward our campaigning work within branches.

To undertake this role you must have good communication and interpersonal skills, excellent administrative, IT and organisational skills and a good understanding and knowledge of the trade union movement.

You will need to be able to travel within the Hampshire and the Thames Valley areas.

You will be required to live within reasonable travelling distance of the area you are asked to cover, additionally, you will need to be able to travel within the region for meetings/training as required.
