• Manage staff – Clerks, Secretaries, Caretaker, Cleaners
• Manage membership database and systems – thorough knowledge of large databases, on how to manipulate data, extract reports, update and train staff and other users as required
• Office Management – budgets, estates, health & safety issues/legislation, ICT facilities, admin systems
The post calls for strong leadership skills, ability to train staff and others, work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, capacity to learn new ICT applications and advise people on their use.
