About this job

The South West region is currently recruiting a permanent Local Organiser to the central team based in Wareham. Successful candidates will bring their experience and skills in assisting branches to recruit, map membership density, develop new activists, organise and drive forward our campaigning work in branches and across the region.

To undertake this role you must have good interpersonal and IT skills, excellent administrative, organisational skills and a good understanding and knowledge of the trade union movement.

You will need to be able to travel within the geographical location of the region and also possibly to London for meetings/training as required.
