In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of secretarial and support staff, covering a wide variety of roles, in one of our regional organising teams. This will involve making sure deadlines and quality standards are achieved through the effective operation of established procedures and systems.
You will be part of the Regional management team and as such will play a crucial role in the strategic planning and management of the region.
Along with excellent leadership and supervisory skills, you’ll need the ability to provide first class administrative and secretarial support for the Team Manager. Your good communication skills will see you liaise across all levels with confidence and you’ll be familiar with taking minutes, committee administration, initiating correspondence and providing reports. Above all you’ll be a dedicated team player with excellent prioritising, organisational and IT skills.
