The right candidate will have good general admin skills and be adept and have experience in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook mailbox and calendar functions, with knowledge of SharePoint (or similar) and room booking systems experience an advantage.
Skills/experience required:
- team working with experience in a busy environment
- good interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- proven administrative skills including diary and appointment systems
- experience of using office equipment/systems and a full range of IT packages
- administration of meetings and seminars
