About this job
The successful candidates will be the first line of communication for our region and will therefore have excellent telephone and face to face communication skills.
Experience of operating a multi line switchboard is essential. You will also be required to have administration experience and a sound working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including word and excel.
In addition to the above, the post holder will help co-ordinate our conferencing/meeting room booking system, including invoicing and will have experience working with electronic display units. They will maintain confidentiality and have both a pro-active and flexible approach to their work.
