About this job
You will ensure that national objectives, KPIs and targets are achieved; provide strategic leadership to the Group; drive organisational development, performance improvement and positive change; build UNISON’s public profile through effective media strategies; ensure development and delivery of a strategic pay and bargaining strategy.
You will also need excellent presentation and communication skills and a detailed knowledge of the political, economic, social and legal environments in which we operate.
