The right candidate will be adept and have experience in Mircosoft Office applications, including Word, Excell, Outlook mailbox and calendar functions, with knowledge of SharePoint (or similar) and room booking systems experience an advantage.

The role will include administrative functions within our busy health group plus diary management and PA role to UNISON’s Head of Health and Deputy Head of Health.

Skills/experience required:

  • team player with experience of working in a pressurised environment
  • good interpersonal, communication and time management skills
  • proven secretarial skills
  • experience of using office equipment/systems and a full range of IT packages
  • administration of committees/meetings and seminars
