About this job

You will ensure that national objectives, KPIs and targets are achieved; provide strategic leadership to the unit; drive organisational development, performance improvement and positive change; build UNISON’s public profile through effective media strategies and provide strategic and operational support across the range of responsibilities held by the AGS Regional Management and Governance.

You will also need excellent presentation and communication skills and a detailed knowledge of the political, economic, social and legal environments in which we operate.
