About this job

In this central role you will work closely with the Conference Team, and liaise across the whole country with our 12 regions and 1,200 branches. You will help ensure that the Executive Office operates efficiently and effectively by supporting the planning and organisation of UNISON’s 14 rule book conferences plus UNISON national events.

You will need a range of skills, including managing workloads efficiently, handling competing priorities, working to set deadlines, coordinating and implementing administrative systems, providing assurance of accuracy and quality processes.

And of course, you will have a real commitment to equal opportunities and the values of modern trade unions.

The intention will be for this fixed term appointment to provide additional capacity to support delivery of a range of reasonable adjustments for UNISON Conferences.
